These terms apply for stock items in our online store.
We are currently only shipping within the United States. We use UPS Ground as our standard service. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a shipping quote on large volume orders. Charges calculated in the shopping cart are the maximum you will be charged. The map below is current as of October 1, 2020. See individual product listings for items that qualify for free shipping. These items typically ship UPS Ground.
Bulky, heavy and large volume orders may ship via freight carrier. We will contact you if your order qualifies for freight shipping.
Sales tax is applicable to orders shipped within Pennsylvania. If you are sales tax exempt, please email your exemption certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Processing Times
Processing time depends on items ordered. Please see individual product listing for production time. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided.
We are not currently accepting returns on sneeze guards and Covid related items. If you believe you received an item in error or was damaged during shipping, please contact us for an Return Authorization. Only items with a Return Authorization will be accepted.
For all other stock items, you may return your unused items within 30 days of order receipt. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and only items with a Return Authorization will be accepted. Only unused products in the original packaging will be eligible for a refund. We may charge a 20% restocking fee.
